Womb Trauma Release Circle: A Sacred Journey Home

When the body remembers what words cannot hold

There are certain silences that live in the body. Not the comfortable quiet of rest, but the weighted stillness of things never spoken, never released.

Perhaps you've felt it: that heaviness in your womb space. The place where old emotions settle. Where unexpressed feelings left their mark.

You're not imagining it. The womb holds memory the way earth holds water. What you've experienced didn't just pass through your mind. It moved into your cells, your fascia, the deep tissues of your being.

This is about releasing what your body has been carrying: the grief, the tension, the frozen places talk therapy cannot reach.

What This Circle Offers

In this 90-minute sacred container, we gather as women who understand that healing happens not through the mind's efforts alone, but through the body's innate wisdom to release what it no longer needs to hold.

You'll be guided through:

  • Somatic practices that help you feel safe enough to let go
  • Breathwork that moves stagnant energy from your womb space
  • Gentle movement to release what's been held in your hips and pelvis
  • Witnessed space where your body's truth can finally speak
  • Collective energy that reminds you: you're not alone in this

This work is led by Heemali Inamdar, a trauma-informed yoga facilitator and women's holistic health coach who specializes in nervous system regulation and womb healing. Through her own journey of healing body dysmorphia and nervous system dysregulation, Heemali discovered that true transformation happens when we listen to the body's wisdom, not force it into submission.

Trained in trauma-sensitive movement and somatic practices, she creates containers where women can safely release what they've been carrying without performance or perfection. Her approach blends ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary understanding of trauma meeting you exactly where you are, with gentleness and deep respect for your body's pace.

Who This Is For

This circle is for women who:

  • Carry betrayal in their bodies from narcissistic relationships or emotional abuse
  • Experience physical holding or pain in the womb/pelvic area with no clear medical cause
  • Feel disconnected from their bodies, especially their feminine center
  • Have experienced sexual trauma, reproductive loss, or medical violations
  • Sense their womb holds stories that need to be released, not analyzed
  • Are ready to let their body lead the healing, not just their mind

You don't need to name what happened. You don't need to perform your trauma or explain yourself. You just need to show up and let your body do what it's been waiting to do.

What Women Say

"I've been in therapy for years talking about my trauma. In 60 minutes, my body finally released what my mind couldn't process. I sobbed, I shook, and when it was over, I felt lighter than I have in a decade." — Sarah M.

"I didn't realize how much I was carrying in my womb until I felt it leave. This isn't wellness theater. This is real transformation." — Jennifer K.

A Note About Safe Space

This work is emotionally powerful. We move at the pace of safety, never forcing or pushing. You remain in control of your experience. If at any point you need to pause, rest, or step back, that's honored. Healing happens in the space between effort and surrender, and you get to decide where that edge is for you.

This circle is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you're currently in crisis or acute trauma, please reach out to appropriate professional support first.

Your Next Step

Spaces fill quickly because this kind of work (body-centered, woman-led, trauma-informed) is rare and needed. If something in you knows it's time, trust that knowing.

Your body has been waiting for you to listen.
