How we select practitioners

What you will experience

In this 60-minute sacred container, you'll be guided through:

  • Somatic grounding to help your body feel safe enough to let go
  • Breathwork to move stagnant energy from your womb and hips
  • Gentle movement to ease stored tension and re-open natural flow
  • Witnessed presence where your body's truth can finally speak
  • Collective intention reminding you that you are not alone

Is This Right for You?

This gathering is for women who:

  • Feel pelvic heaviness, numbness, or tension with no clear medical cause
  • Have processed trauma mentally but still feel it physically
  • Carry experiences of sexual trauma, reproductive loss, or medical violations
  • Sense their womb holds stories that need release, not analysis
  • Prefer small-group, body-centered work over large workshops

You don't have to name what happened. Showing up is enough.

Not recommended if: you're in acute crisis or seeking diagnosis or medical treatment.

Voices That Validate

"I've done years of talk therapy for my trauma, but the heaviness in my pelvis never shifted. In Heemali's circle, my body finally released what my mind couldn't touch. I sobbed, I shook, and when it was over, I felt ten pounds lighter. "
Rachel M., Teacher, London
"I have had a number of yoga sessions with Heemali and they have been great. Excellent explanation of what to do and how, felt really relaxed and at ease. She was very mindful of my needs and ability, and gave me feedback and suggestions of follow ups in between. Definitely recommend and looking forward to next time."

Is this ceremony right for me right now?

This ceremony is not appropriate if you are currently in acute mental health crisis. It is also not appropriate if you are experiencing active suicidal thoughts, in need of urgent medical care, dealing with severe states affecting your ability to be present, or unable to engage safely with body awareness practices. If you are in acute distress, please seek appropriate professional support first. If you have questions about your readiness, email care@munay.live.

Do I have to talk about what happened to me?

No. In this ceremonial space, you never have to name, explain, or describe your experiences. The work happens through body awareness, breath, gentle movement, sound, and intention. Your body knows what it carries. Ceremony honors that knowing without requiring verbal processing.
