What is a Vocal Release Session?
Vocal release sessions use your own voice as the primary instrument for release and expression. You will be guided through breathwork, toning (sustained vowel sounds), sighing, and other vocalizations to release emotional and physical tension. No singing skill is required.
What if I feel embarrassed about making sounds?
This is extremely common. Most people have been conditioned to suppress their natural sounds. The session provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore. Angela guides you gently, starting with simple sounds like sighs and gradually expanding expression as you feel comfortable. You control the pace.
