A SINGLE BREATHING EXERCISE ACTIVATED A POWERFUL ENERGY IN MY BODY: ENOUGH TO CHANGE THE COURSE OF MY LIFE. EVERYTHING SINCE HAS BEEN PRACTICE, PATIENCE, AND INTEGRATION.

MY KNOWING

Simon's work is shaped by more than twenty years of meditation, breath practice, and somatic inquiry. His path blends Sufi-inspired contemplative traditions with a grounded understanding of how the nervous system adapts, protects, and transforms. The result is a steady, invitational approach that meets people exactly where they are: without pressure, without performance, and without needing to revisit painful stories.

His sessions support individuals in unwinding long-held tension, shifting out of survival physiology, and reconnecting with deeper internal intelligence. Rather than offering techniques alone, Simon offers presence: the kind that helps the system soften enough to reorganize from within.

What happens during a somatic awareness session with you?

I guide you through breath, sensory awareness, and subtle movement to help your system unwind tension and shift out of fight-or-flight patterns. You don't need to retell difficult experiences. Instead, we work directly with what your body is expressing in the present moment: breath, posture, micro-sensations, emotional tone. The session creates space for your nervous system to reorient toward calm and clarity at a pace that feels natural and safe.

How does somatic work help without talking about trauma?

Your body already carries the blueprint for regulation. Somatic work creates the conditions for that intelligence to become accessible again. Sometimes the body resolves what the mind is still trying to understand: breath softens, shoulders drop, thoughts slow, or presence returns without needing to analyze why. You learn to listen to the system rather than override it, and from there, new possibilities emerge.
