What happens during a somatic awareness session with you?
I guide you through breath, sensory awareness, and subtle movement to help your system unwind tension and shift out of fight-or-flight patterns. You don't need to retell difficult experiences. Instead, we work directly with what your body is expressing in the present moment: breath, posture, micro-sensations, emotional tone. The session creates space for your nervous system to reorient toward calm and clarity at a pace that feels natural and safe.
How does somatic work help without talking about trauma?
Your body already carries the blueprint for regulation. Somatic work creates the conditions for that intelligence to become accessible again.
