Why choose a 4-session package instead of single sessions?
Deep nervous system patterns often develop over years and require time to shift. A package allows continuity that single sessions cannot provide. Many somatic practitioners recommend 8 to 12 sessions for significant change; this package provides a substantial foundation.
How does the package work?
You will be guided by Simon Schellevis throughout this journey. Each session begins with integration of what emerged from the previous session, building progressively on your work together. The practitioner tailors each session to what your system needs at that point in the process.
